• 1 cup Boil and crush potato.
  • 1 tsp Ginger chilies past.
  • 1 cup Wheat flour.
  • salt as per taste.
  • 4 tsp Chopped coriander.
  • Pinch Garam masala.
  •  Water as required.
  • Oil for shallow frying.
  • 1 tsp Oil for atta.


  • First take big blow add wheat flour ,salt and oil mix this all properly.
  • Then add little by little water and make dough .
  • Take a blow add crush potato ,ginger-chilies paste, coriander and garam masala mix them all properly.
  • Make 5 equal size ball of stuffing.
  • Take a dough make  5 equal size balls of it.
  • Then make small roti from dough and place the stuffing at the center of the roti .
  • Then fold the roti from all the sides to center and make round ball again.
  • Then dust the ball in wheat flour and make paratha from it .
  • Place the pan on high flame and shallow fry the paratha from both the side till golden brown.
  • Repeat with the remaining bough to make 4  more dough.
  • paratha is ready to serve with curd or tea .
