400 gms Paneer.
100 ml Cup Curd.
2 Bunch coriander (normal size).
1 Bunch mint(normal size).
4 to 6 green chilies.
1 tsp Ginger paste.
1 tsp Garam masala.
1 tsp Chat masala .
salt as per taste.
2 tsp Oil .
2 tsp Lemons juice.


First wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves .
Then take coriander leaves ,mint leaves, green chilies, ginger paste, lemon juice and grind it to paste.
Remove this green paste in big blow.
Cut the paneer in big size.
Then put them in green paste add curd, salt, garam masala and chat masala .
Marinate paneer in this green paste for half an hour.
Put oil in a pan and place the paneer on it.
Cook it on high flame for 10 mins.
from both the side till little golden .
then it is ready yo serve it with roti or naan.
