Ingredients:

  • 200 gms Rajma.
  • 2 Onions.
  • 1 tsp Garlic.
  • 1 tsp Ginger.
  • 2 Chilies green.
  • 3 Tomatoes.
  • 1 tsp Oil.
  • 1 pinch Hing.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • ½ tsp Chilies powder.
  • 1 tsp Garam masala.
  • ½  tsp cumin seeds.

Method:

  • Soak Rajma overnight.
  • Wash it next day.
  • Put rajma to boil in a cooker. make 10-12 whistles.
  • Make the paste of onion.
  • Make another paste of garlic, ginger and green chilies together.
  •  Chop the  tomatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan when oil gets heated add hing and cumin seed keep the flame at low.
  • Add onion paste sauté till it turns pink.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and salt powder and chilies powder sauté for 2 minutes.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and sauté the whole rajma masala till gravy starts oozing oil.
  • Add garam masala and pour rajma and sauté the whole mixture for 5 mins in high flame.
  • Add rajma water and cook it for another 10 mins in medium flame.
  • Rajma is ready to serve enjoy rajma with roti or rice.
