• 1 cup Rava roasted.
  • 1 tsp urad dal.
  • 2.5 cup water.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 1 tsp Chopped green chilies.
  • 7-8 Sweet neem.
  • Slat as per taste.
  • 2 tsp Chopped corinder.
  • 1 tsp Grated ginger.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Take pan add water and allow the water to boil.
  • When water start boiling switch off the flame .
  • Take another pan add oil when oil get heated add urad dal and green chilies.
  • When urad dal change the color then add rai, geen chilies, sweet neem and rava mix them all properly.
  • Add salt,ginger then mix them all properly.
  • Add water and mix it then and add lemon juice and mix it well.
  • Cover and keep for 2 min on medium flame.
  • Then the upma is ready to serve with chutney.
