• 1 cup Tomatoes finely chopped.
  • 2 cup Sev.
  • 1 tsp Green chilies.
  • 1 tsp Ginger.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • 4 tsp Coriander chopped.
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder.
  • 2 tsp Oil.
  • 2 cup water.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • Pinch of Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Sweet neem.
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera, hing, green chilies ,Sweet neem, and ginger.
  • Mix them all properly then add tomatoes and mix them well.
  • Then add salt and sugar and cook till tomatoes become soft.
  • Then add water to it and let the water boil for 3-4 min then add chopped coriander and switch off the flame and add sev on the top mix it well.
  • Our Sev Tamata nu Shag is ready to serve with roti.
