• 2 Slice Bread.
  • 1 boil Potato.
  • 3 tsp boil peas.
  • 3 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • 1 Chopped Green Chili.
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger.
  • 1 tsp Oil for Tempering.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • Pinch of Turmeric.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 2 tsp Sweet Neem.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 1  cup Chana Atta.
  • Pinch of Soda.
  • Water as Required.
  • Take blow add boil potato and smash them properly.
  • Then add boil peas,salt, turmeric,chopped coriander,Lemon juice and ginger mix them all together properly.
  • Then take pan add oil when oil get heated add rai when rai start cracking then add green chili sweet neem and hing now put this potato stuffing in it and mix them well together.
  • And cook them for 2 min on slow flame then let him cool down for 5 min.
  • Then cut the bread in triangle shape.
  • Apply the potato stuffing all over the bread  at one side and place the another slice on it and keep in side .
  • Take blow add chana atta, salt, soda and water mix them all properly and make them in pouring consistence.
  • Take a Pan add oil and when oil get heated dip the bread in chana batter and fry in oil till golden in color.
  • Remove it from oil and serve it hot with chetney and onion on the top .p   Like us on Facebook!
