Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Chana Dal Soaked .
  • ½ cup Yellow Moong Dal Soaked.
  • 1 tsp Green chilies.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 3 tsp Sweet neem.
  • 1 cup Maida.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste.
  • Oil for frying and temping.
  • 3 tsp Chopped coriander.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • ½ tsp Turmeric.
  • Water as require.
Method:
  • Take a blow add maida, Salt and 1 tsp oil mix them all properly.
  • Then go on adding little by little water and make dough like roti .
  • Then take the pan heat the oil for frying pakan .
  • Till oil get heated lets make pakan .
  • take dough and make equal part of it.
  • Then take one from it and make roti shape round and pake hole in middle with the help of fork.
  • Then oil get heated put this pakan in oil and let them cook in medium flame  from both the side.
  • Pakan should be cooked golden brown in color from both the side.
  • Wash both the dal together .
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add rai , green chilies, sweet neem, ginger and hing mix them and add both the dal .
  • Mix them in oil for a min and add 3 cup water in it .
  • Add salt and turmeric and mix the well and cover the cooker and do 1 whistle.
  • Then open the led of cooker and check the both dal are cooked properly .
  • Then put dal on blow and spread chopped coriander on top and serve it with pakan and onion.
