Ingredients:
  • 1 Cucumber Chopped.
  • 1 Boil and Chopped Potatoes.
  • 1 tsp Green chili and ginger paste.
  • 1 cup Maida.
  • ½  Jeera.
  • Oil for cooking.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  •  ½ tsp Turmeric.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 2 tsp Sweet neem.
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
Method:
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera ,hing, green chili, sweet neem and cucumber and mix them all properly.
  • When cucumber get softer then add salt, turmeric  , potatoes , coriander and lemon juice mix them all together properly.
  • Cook for 2-3 min then switch off the flame.
  • Take a blow add maida, salt and 1 tsp oil mix them all properly.
  • Add little by little was and make bough like roti .
  • And make round roti out of it .
  • Take roti pan and heat on high flame then put maida roti on it .
  • And spread oil on both the side of roti and cook till golden brown in color.
  • Remove from the flame and apply tomato sauce all over the roti and spread the stuffing of cucumber at the center of the roti and roll it round.
  • Our Indian Frankie is ready to serve immediately with sauce .
