Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Yogurt.
  • ½ cup Water.
  • 1 Large Cucumber Peeled and Grated.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • ½ tsp Jeera Powder.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves.
  • ½ tsp sugar.
  • 1 tsp Oil.
  • ½ tsp  Rai.
  • 2 tsp Sweet neem.
Method:
  • Take blow add yogurt,sugar,salt,coriander leaves, jeera powder and grated cucumber and them all together properly.
  • Then add water and mix it well.
  • Take a pan add oil when oil get heated add rai and sweet neem and switch off the flame .
  • Pour this on raita and mix it properly .
  • Our Cucumber Raita is ready to serve.
