Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Poha .
  • 3 tsp Pomegranate.
  • 4 tsp Grapes.
  • 4 tsp Tomatoes Chopped.
  • 4 tsp Sev.
  • 3 tsp Coriander Leaves Chopped.
  • 3 tsp Onion Chopped.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • Pinch of Chaat Masala.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • 1 tsp Chopped Green Chilies.
  • 1 tsp Sweet Neem.
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1/3 tsp of Turmeric.
  • 3 tsp Carrot Chopped.
  • 4 tsp Peas.
  • 4 tsp Peanuts Fried.
  • 4 tsp Cauliflower Chopped.
  • 4 tsp Oil.
  • 1/2 tsp Rai.
  • 1/2 Jeera.
  • 1/2 cup Potato Chopped.
Method:
  • take pan add oil when oil get heated then add rai, jeera,green chilies and sweet neem mix them properly.
  • Then add potatoes, carrot, peas, cauliflower and hing mix them all together properly.
  • Cover the Pan and allow them to cook of 5-6 min on low flame.
  • Wash and drain the poha.
  • After 5-6 open the lid and add poha, Peanuts, turmeric, salt, sugar, lemon juice and mix them all properly.
  • Allow them to Cook for 2 min in low flame.
  • Then remove in plate and sprinkle coriander leaves, pomegranate,  grapes, sev, chaat masala and tomatoes.
  • Our Vegetable And Fruit Poha is ready to serve hot with tea or coffee.
