Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Sabudana.
  • 1 cup Sama.
  • 1/2 cup Peanuts.
  • salt as per Taste.
  • 1 tsp Ginger and Chili Paste.
  • Oil for Shallow Frying.
 Method:
  • Take a Mixer jar add sabudana, sama and peanuts and grind them together and make smooth paste with the help of water.
  • Then remove it one blow add salt ,ginger chili paste and curd  mix the all properly.
  • Then keep inside for 15-20 min.
  • Then take nonstick pan when pan get heated then pour this dosa in round shape in medium flame.
  • Enjoy this dosa in upwas with Coriander chutney or Coconut and Peanuts chutney.
