Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Peas.
  • 4 tsp Besan Flour.
  • 1 tsp Teel.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chili Paste.
  • 2 tsp Oil.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 1 tsp lemon juice.
  • 1 pack of Eno.
  • 4 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • 1 tsp Green Chilies Chopped.
  • 2 tsp Sweet Neem.
Method:

  • First wash and grind the peas .

  • Heat water in kadai and place stand in it.

  • When water get heated then place the dish on it.

  • Mix Chana flour ,salt ,ginger chili paste,lemon juice and eno pack and mix it well.

  • Then pour this batter in hot dish and cook for 15 min in high flame.IMG_20160224_165810_HDR
  • After 15 min open the lid and allow it to cool down.

  • Then cut them into square shape.

  • Then make temper take oil add rai, sweet neem and teel.

  • Then first sprinkle coriander on dhokla then pour this temper all over the dhokla.

  • Then remove in plate and serve it with chutney.
