Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Khichdi.
  • 1 tsp Ginger chili paste.
  • 3 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 3 tsp Chana Flour.
  • Oil for Deep Frying.
Method:
  • Take bowl add Khichdi, chana flour, salt ,coriander and ginger chili paste.
  • Mix them all properly.
  • Then make balls of it and deep fry.
  • Then our balls are ready to serve with chutney or use as kofta in gravy.
