- 1 cup Rice Flour.
- 1/2 Bowl of Methi Leaves washed and Chopped.
- Salt to Taste.
- 1 tsp Ginger Chili Paste.
- Oil for Deep Frying.
- Pinch of Hing.
- Take bowl add rice flour ,salt, ginger chili paste and mix them all properly.
- Then take little by little water and make dough.
- Then make 4 equal balls and make puri out of it.
- Then take kadai heat oil and when oil get heated fry this puris.
- And serve this puris with aloo matter.
