Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Rice Flour.
  • 1/2 Bowl of Methi Leaves washed and Chopped.
  • Salt to Taste.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chili Paste.
  • Oil for Deep Frying.
  • Pinch of Hing.
Method :
  • Take bowl add rice flour ,salt, ginger chili paste and mix them all properly.

  • Then take little by little water and make dough.

  • Then make 4 equal balls and make puri out of it.

  • Then take kadai heat oil and when oil get heated fry this puris.
  • And serve this puris with aloo matter.
