Ingredients:
  • 2 cup Flour of chana dal, urad dal & rice .
  • 2  cup mix vegetable peas,carrot,cauliflower ,capsicum chopped.
  • Salt as Per Taste.
  • 3 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • 1 tsp Green Chilies Chopped.
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger.
  • Pinch Turmeric.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1 Pack eno.
    for Temper.
  • Pinch of hing
  • 2 tsp Teel.
  • 5 tsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 2 tsp Sweet Neem.
  • 2 Dry Red Chilies.
Method:
  • Take bowl add all the flours, vegetables, salt, green chilies, ginger,turmeric ,coriander and add water and make batter.
  • Then take pan add oil rai, red chilies, sweet neem , teel and hing .
  • Then add lemon juice and eno pack in batter and mix it well .
  • And pour it to the pan and cook for 15  min on slow flame both the side till dark brown in color.
  • Then our handva is ready to serve it with chutney.
