Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Maida.
  • 1 cup Normal Rava.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1 tsp Oil for Atta.
  • Oil for Frying.
  • Pinch of Soda.
  • 1 cup Water.

 

Method:
  • Take bowl add rava , maida, salt, soda, oil and water mix them all well properly and allow it to rest for 25-35 min.
  • Then make equal balls of it and make roti of it and then cut round with glass or cookie cutter.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry them till golden in color in medium flame.
  • And have it with spicey and sweet water with puri.
