Ingredients:
  • 3 tsp Black Gram Soaked and Boiled.
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Ladies Finger Chopped.
  • Pinch Jeera.
  • Pinch Hing.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 pinch of Sugar.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Dhana Jeera Powder.
  • 2 tsp Oil .
  • 1 tsp Chopped Chili.
  • 1 tsp Sweet neem.
Method:
  • Take pan add oil ,jeera, hing, chili, sweet neem ,carrot, black gram , ladies finger, turmeric and salt mix them all together properly and then cover the led and keep it for 10 min on slow flame.
  • Then add sugar, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and lemon juice and mix them all properly.
  • Then allow it to cook for 5 min in medium flame.
  • Now our sabji is ready to serve with roti .
