- 1 1/2 cup of Wheat Flour.
- 1/2 cup Ghee.
- Salt as per Taste.
- 2 tsp Pepper powder.
- Take bowl add wheat flour , salt, pepper powder, and ghee mix them all together properly.
- Then add little by little water and make dough like puri.
- Then make thick roti from it.
- Then heat the pan in slow flame and cook this Koki from both the side in slow flame .
- Then our Koki is ready to serve with tea.
