Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cup of Wheat Flour.
  • 1/2 cup Ghee.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 2 tsp Pepper powder.
Method:
  • Take bowl add wheat flour , salt, pepper powder, and ghee mix them all together properly.
  • Then add little by little water and make dough like puri.
  • Then make thick roti from it.
  • Then heat the pan in slow flame and cook this Koki from both the side in slow flame .
  • Then our Koki is ready to serve with tea.
