- 1 cup Maida.
- 2 tsp Ghee.
- Oil For Frying.
- Salt as per Taste.
- Take bowl add maida ,salt and ghee mix them all together properly.
- Then add little by little was and make dough.
- Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 min.
- Then make equal balls of it and make roti of it and then cut round with glass or cookie cutter then make hole with the help of knife or scissor.
- Heat oil in kadai and fry them till golden in color in medium flame.
- Then our puri is ready .
