Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Maida.
  • 2 tsp Ghee.
  • Oil For Frying.
  • Salt as per Taste.
Method:
  • Take bowl add maida ,salt and ghee mix them all together properly.
  • Then add little by little was and make dough.
  • Allow the dough to rest for 10-15 min.
  • Then make equal balls of it and make roti of it and then cut round with glass or cookie cutter then make hole with the help of knife or scissor.
  • Heat oil in kadai and fry them till golden in color in medium flame.
  • Then our puri is ready .
