Ingredients:
  • 12 Slice of Bread Grinded.
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar.
  • 1 Cup Milk.
  • Saffron as Required.
  • Ghee For Frying.
  • 1 tsp Gulab Jal.
  • 2 tsp Maida.
Method:
  • Take bowl add Milk,Bread and maida mix them all properly.
  • Allow it to rest for 20 min.
  • Then take pan Add sugar and one cup water and make sugar syrup.
  • Then add Saffron in it and mix it well.
  • Then take pan heat ghee in medium flame .
  • Then take bread batter in jaldi maker and make jaladi allow it to fry till lite golden from both the sides.
  • And deep in sugar syrup for few min and then it’s ready to serve.
