Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Chana Dal Soaked 2hr.
  • 2 Green Chillies.
  • Small Piece of Ginger.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • Pinch of Turmeric.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 3-4 tsp Oil.
  • Pinch of Soda.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • 2 tsp Sweet neem.
  • 1 tsp Rai.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 3 tsp Til.
Method:
  • Take grinder jar add Dal ,chillies, ginger,salt and little water to grind.
  • Then take a bowl and add batter and turmeric.
  • Then take kadai add water and stand Gress the dish when water get heated place the dish on it .
  • Then take batter add lemon juice and soda in and mix it well and pour in the dish and cover it and allow it to cook for 15 mins.
  • Then allow it to cool and then cut them in square shape .
  • Then take pan add oil when oil get heated then add rai, hing, til,  sweet neem, 1 small glass of water and sugar when the water start boiling and sugar Get melted then add the dhokla in it and mix little and cover it and keep it for 5 min on low flame .
  • Then our Chana Dal Dhokla is ready to serve.
