Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Poha Soaked.
  • 1 tsp Ginger and Chili Paste.
  • 2 tsp Chana Flour.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • Pinch Red Chili Powder.
  • 2 cup Curd.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.

Pinch Hing.

Pinch of Chaat Masala.

Jeera Powder.

Oil For Frying.

Method:

  • Take bowl add poha ,Ginger chili paste, salt, 1 tsp Coriander and Chana Flour mix them all together and make balls.
  • Take pan heat oil and when oil get heated then add this balls and fry from both the side golden in color.
  • Then take bowl add curd , salt and sugar and mix them well together.
  • Then take dish arrange the balls and pour curd all over properly that it cover the balls properly then Sprinkle red Chili powder, Chaat masala, jeera powder and coriander and serve it.
