Ingredients:
  • 3 tsp Vegetable oil.
  • 2 Green Chili.
  • 4-5  Curry Leaves.
  • 2 Boil and Chopped Potatoes.
  • 250 grams Wash and chopped fresh Fenugreek leaves.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 1/4 tsp Jeera.
  • Pinch of hing.

Method.
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add green chili , jeera, curry leaves, hing and mix it properly.
  • Then add potatoes and mix them well and add fresh wash and chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves, salt, and lemon juice mix it well and cover it for 4-5 min’s.
  • Then serve it with Roti or Paratha.
