mirchi-ki-sabji

Ingredients.
  • 25-30 Green chilies chopped.
  • pinch of hing.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Rai .
  • 1 cup Sugar.
  • 3 tsp gram flour (besan ka atta).
  • 1 glass water.
Method:
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add rai and hing mix it well.
  • Then add green chills and mix it properly then add water and salt.
  • cover the pan for 5-6 min then add sugar and mix til sugar get dissolve in water.
  • Then add besan init and mix properly and allow it to cook for 5 min
  • Then its ready to serve.
