Ingredients:
  • 250 gram maidan.
  • 3-4 tsp ghee.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 tsp pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp Jeera.
  • Water as required.
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • Take bowl add maida, ghee, salt , jeera and pepper powder Mix them all properly .
  • Then add little by little water and make dough.
  • Then make small equal balls and make small puri’s from it Make hole in the puri with the help of folks.
  • Heat the kadai on gas add oil when oil get heated add puri’s and fry them in slow flame till lite golden in color from both sides
  • Then it’s ready to serve
