Ingredients:

  • 500 grams Maida.
  • 3 tsp Ghee.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 tsp Ajwain.
  • water as required.
  • Pepper powder.

Method:

  • take bowl add maida, salt,ghee, pepper powder and ajwain
  • mix them properly and add water and make dough.
  • Then make equal balls from it .
  • now make round roti from it.
  • Then cut them in rectangle shape.
  • Then heat the oil when oil get heated add namkeen para in it and fry golden
    brown in color.
  • its ready to serve.
