Ingredients:

  • 200 grams poha.
  • 3-4 tsp Peanuts.
  • 5-6 tsp Chana dal (daliya dal).
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp Powder sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Mango powder(amchur powder).

 

Method:

  • Take kadai heat oil and fry the peanuts till light golden in color.
  • Then fry Chana lad for few second’s.
  • Now fry poha till it puff properly.
  • Now add salt, sugar, red chili powder, mango powder.
  • Mix them all well properly .
  • It’s ready to serve
