- 250 grams Gram flour(Besan atta).
- salt as per taste.
- 2 tsp oil.
- 3-4 tsp Pepper powder.
- water as required.
- Take bowl add gram flour, salt, pepper powder and oilmix them well together.
- Then add little by little water and make dough.
- Then place gathiya plate in gathiya maker.
- And put some amount of dough in it and close it tightly.
- Heat the oil in kadai and make gathiya .
- Cook from both the side till light golden in color.
- Then its ready to serve.
