Ingredients:

  • 250 grams Gram flour(Besan atta).
  • salt as per taste.
  • 2 tsp oil.
  • 3-4 tsp Pepper powder.
  • water as required.

Method:

  • Take bowl add gram flour, salt, pepper powder and oilmix them well together.
  • Then add little by little water and make dough.
  • Then place gathiya plate in gathiya maker.
  • And put some amount of dough in it and close it tightly.
  • Heat the oil in kadai and make gathiya .
  • Cook from both the side till light golden in color.
  • Then its ready to serve.
