mirchi-ka-achar
Ingredients:
5-6 Green long Chilies.
Salt as required.
1/2 tsp Soof (variyari)
1/2 Jeera.
2 tsp Oil.
1/2 Lemon juice.
Pinch of hing.
3 tsp Cracked mustard seed

method:
Take bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
after 1/2 hour its ready to serve.
