Ingredients.
2 Long Green Chilies.
2 Boil & smash Potatoes.
1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
Pinch of hing.
250 grams Gram flour(Besan atta).
Pinch of soda.
Salt as per taste.
2 tsp Oil.
1/2 tsp Mango Powder.
1 glass water.

Method:

first Take Green Chilies and cut it from the center and remove the seeds from it.
Now take bowl add potatoes,red chili powder, salt ,mango powder and hing
mix them all properly.
Now take another bowl add gram lour, soda salt, and oil mix it well
and add little by little water and make batter.
now fill this potato stuffing in chilies
heat the oil in kadai when oil get heated deep the chilies in batter
and deep fry till golden in color from both the sides.
