sana-pakora
Ingredients
1 cup Gram flour.
Pinch Soda.
2 tsp Oil.
water as required.
2 tsp Chopped Brinjal.
2 tsp Chopped Gourd.
2 tsp Chopped Potato.
2 tsp Chopped capsicum.
2 tsp Raw Papaya.
Salt as required.
1 tsp Grated green Chilies.
1 tsp Grated Ginger.

Method:
Take bowl add Gram flour, salt, soda and oil mix them all properly.
add little by little water and make batter.
Then add all the chopped vegetables, grated chili, grated ginger and mix them properly .
Now heat oil in kadai .
when oil get heated make pakora from it .
fry till it become golden in color.
and serve with tomato sauce.
