200 grams Rava.
250 grams of Grated Gourde.
Salt as per taste.
3 tsp Fresh Coriander.
2 tsp Ginger Chili paste.
1 Lemon Juice.
2 tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
Pinch of Hing.
Pinch of Soda.
5 tsp Oil.
1 tsp Rai.
2-3 Dry Red Chili.
Take vassal add Gourde, red chili powder, turmeric, hing,
salt, sugar, lemon juice, soda ,2 tsp oil mix them all together properly.
Then go on adding little by little rava and mix it properly.
Now take a dish add 1 tsp of oil gress the dish properly.
Then take some amount of muthiya batter and make roll of it.
Then take kadai add water and stand and place this muthiya dish in it and cover it
And allow it to cook for 10- 15 min’s.
Then check it with the knife.
Then allow it to cool down for 6-7 min’s.
Then cut them in round shape.
Now take kadai add oil when oil get heated add rai and dry red chili now add muthiya in
it and mix them properly and cook for 68 min’s
Then it’s ready to serve.
