dry-fruit-chikki

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp Elachi powder.
  • 1 tsp Kaju.
  • 1 tsp Pista
  • 2 tsp Almonds.
  • 1 tsp Akrot.
  • 1 cup Sugar.
Method:
  • On slow flame keep kadai and add sugar in it and mix till sugar get melted.
  • then add elachi powder, kaju, pista, almonds and akrot.
  • Then gress the platform of  the kitchen .
  • Then put the chikki on it and make round with the help of balan.
