Ingredients:

250 grams Wheat flour.

1 tsp Ajwine.

Salt as per taste.

Pinch of hing.

Water as required.

1/2 tsp Turmeric.

1/2 tsp Red chili powder.

Oil for frying.

Method.

Take Vessel add wheat flour, ajwine, salt, turmeric, red chili powder,hing.

And mix them all together properly.

Then add little by little water and make hard dough for puri .

Then make small balls from it .

Now make small round puri’s from it.

Now fry till golden in color from both the sides.

Now it’s ready to serve.
