Methi paak

Ingredients:

1 cup Methi powder soaked in milk.

1 tsp Elichi powder.

2 cup Arabic gum (ding)

1 cup Mix dry-fruits Powder.

2 tsp Khas khas(poe seeds)

500 grms Wheat flour.

500 grms Ghee.

1 cup Dry ginger powder.

2-3 tsp Pepper powder.

1 tsp Sof.

500 grams Jaggery.

On the slow flame keep kadai add

add ghee .

add 1/3rd ghee,when ghee gets melted

Fry arabic gum.

add soaked methi

paste and cook properly for 6-7 min..

Now remove it in bowl .

Now add half cup of ghee and  add wheat flour

and mix it well in slow  flame.

Now add alll ghee and mix it continously

till it changes its color.

Now add jaggery in it and mix it well

Add methi, pepper powder,dry , Arabic gum ginger powder,

dre-fruits powder, sofe, khas khas, elaechi powder.and mix it

properly.for around 6-7 min.

Pour methi pak in gressed dish and

shake the dish from different side

to make it flat.

Ater 45 -50 mins its ready to serve.

Khajur pak

Ingredients:

1 cup Dates.

1 cup Mix dry-fruits.

1 tsp Ghee

Pinch of Elaichi powder.

Method:

Take pan add ghee.

When ghee get melted then add dates in it and mix properly for 7-8 min’s.

Then add elaichi powder and mix dry-fruits and mix it properly.

Now gress the dish with ghee and pour the khajur pak in it and make flate with bowl .

After 10 mins it ready to serve.

Dry fruit Chikki

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp Elachi powder.
  • 1 tsp Kaju.
  • 1 tsp Pista
  • 2 tsp Almonds.
  • 1 tsp Akrot.
  • 1 cup Sugar.
Method:
  • On slow flame keep kadai and add sugar in it and mix till sugar get melted.
  • then add elachi powder, kaju, pista, almonds and akrot.
  • Then gress the platform of  the kitchen .
  • Then put the chikki on it and make round with the help of balan.

Rava Muthiya.

Ingredients:
200 grams Rava.
250 grams of Grated Gourde.
Salt as per taste.
3 tsp Fresh Coriander.
2 tsp Ginger Chili paste.
1 Lemon Juice.
2 tsp Sugar.
1 tsp Red Chili powder.
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder.
Pinch of Hing.
Pinch of Soda.
5 tsp Oil.
1 tsp Rai.
2-3 Dry Red Chili.

Method

Take vassal add Gourde, red chili powder, turmeric, hing,
salt, sugar, lemon juice, soda ,2 tsp oil mix them all together properly.
Then go on adding little by little rava and mix it properly.
Now take a dish add 1 tsp of oil gress the dish properly.
Then take some amount of muthiya batter and make roll of it.
Then take kadai add water and stand and place this muthiya dish in it and cover it
And allow it to cook for 10- 15 min’s.
Then check it with the knife.
Then allow it to cool down for 6-7 min’s.
Then cut them in round shape.
Now take kadai add oil when oil get heated add rai and dry red chili now add muthiya in
it and mix them properly and cook for 68 min’s
Then it’s ready to serve.

Instant Mirchi ka achar

Ingredients:
5-6 Green long Chilies.
Salt as required.
1/2 tsp Soof (variyari)
1/2 Jeera.
2 tsp Oil.
1/2 Lemon juice.
Pinch of hing.
3 tsp Cracked mustard seed

method:
Take bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
after 1/2 hour its ready to serve.

Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Boil Tomatoes
  • 5-6 tsp Sugar:
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp.Cloves ,Cardamoms powder
  • 3 tsp Vinegar

Method:

  •  Put boil tomatoes into a mixer jar and make smoth paste with adding litle water.
  • And strain the paste. 
  • Add the sugar, salt,Cloves,Cardamoms powder into it and put on fire and once it boils, reduce heat and let it simmer.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 min till it thickens. Remove from fire.
    allow it to cool down for 10-15 min then add vinegar to it and mix it well
  • then its ready to serve

Corn Flakes Chivda

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams con flakes.
  • 3-4 tsp Peanuts.
  • 5-6 tsp Chana dal (Dali dal).
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp Powder sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Mango powder(amchur powder)

Method:

  • Take kadai heat oil and fry the peanuts till light golden in color.
  • Then fry Chana dal for few second’s.
  • Now fry cone flakes till it puff properly.
  • Now add salt, sugar, red chili powder, mango powder.
  • Mix them all well properly .
  • It’s ready to serve.

Gur Papdi.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams wheat flour.
  • 100 grams  Jaggery .
  • 150 grams  Ghee.
  • pinch  alichi powder.
  • 1 tsp Soof (variyari).

method :

  • Take pan add ghee when ghee get melted add wheat flour and mix them well in slow flame.
  • Mix continuously till it become brown in color.
  • Now add jaggery, alichi powder and soof mix them well together.
  • Till jagry get melted a bit then off the gas.
  • and gress the dish and put gur papdi in it and add almond pics and cut them in
  • square pies and after 1 hour its ready to serve.

Poha Mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams poha.
  • 3-4 tsp Peanuts.
  • 5-6 tsp Chana dal (daliya dal).
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp Powder sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Mango powder(amchur powder).

 

Method:

  • Take kadai heat oil and fry the peanuts till light golden in color.
  • Then fry Chana lad for few second’s.
  • Now fry poha till it puff properly.
  • Now add salt, sugar, red chili powder, mango powder.
  • Mix them all well properly .
  • It’s ready to serve
