Instant Mirchi ka achar

Ingredients:
5-6 Green long Chilies.
Salt as required.
1/2 tsp Soof (variyari)
1/2 Jeera.
2 tsp Oil.
1/2 Lemon juice.
Pinch of hing.
3 tsp Cracked mustard seed

method:
Take bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
after 1/2 hour its ready to serve.

Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Boil Tomatoes
  • 5-6 tsp Sugar:
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp.Cloves ,Cardamoms powder
  • 3 tsp Vinegar

Method:

  •  Put boil tomatoes into a mixer jar and make smoth paste with adding litle water.
  • And strain the paste. 
  • Add the sugar, salt,Cloves,Cardamoms powder into it and put on fire and once it boils, reduce heat and let it simmer.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 min till it thickens. Remove from fire.
    allow it to cool down for 10-15 min then add vinegar to it and mix it well
  • then its ready to serve

Moong Dal Ka Paratha.

Ingredients:
  • 1 Cup Moong Dal Soaked Overnight.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chili Paste.
  • 1/2 tsp Rai.
  • Salt as Per Taste.
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice.
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric.
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour.
  • 2 tsp Oil for Temp.
  • 2 tsp Oil For Dough.
  • Oil For Shallow Frying.
  • 2 Taj Pata Leaves.
  • Pinch of Hing.
Method:
  • Take Cooker add heat oil when oil get heated then add tej pata, rai, ginger chili paste, hing and moong dal mix them all properly then add turmeric, red chili powder and salt and one glass of water mix them well and cover it.
  • Allow it be one whistle.
  • After that open the lid and add lemon juice and mix them all properly.
  • Then allow it to cool meanwhile take a bowl add wheat flour ,oil and salt mix them all well then add little by little water and make dough.
  • Then make 7 equal balls from the dough and make small roti out of it then apply 2 drops of oil on roti and add 1 tsp of stuffing in it and join all the edges and make ball again and make paratha.
  • Heat the tawa and shallow fry this paratha from both the side till golden brown.
  • Then our moong dal paratha is ready to serve with raita .

Kabuli Chana Ka Pakora.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Kabuli Chana Soaked Overnight.
  • 2 tsp Ginger and Chili Paste.
  • Pinch of Hing.
  • Salt as Required.
  • Oil For Frying.
  • Pinch Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Coriander Leaves.
  • Pinch Soda.
Method:
  • Take grinder jar add kabuli chana , jeera, hing, salt, ginger chili paste and coriander grind them thick paste don’t add much water to grind.
  • Then take it out in one bowl and add soda and mix it well.
  • Then heat oil in a pan when oil get heated then make pakoras of it and fry till golden color from all the sides .
  • Serve it with Tea , Coffee, Chutney or Tomato sauce.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Boil and Mash Potatoes.
  • 1 cup Maida.
  • 2 tsp Ghee.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Pinch of ajwain.
  • Pinch hing.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Ginger Chili Paste.
  • 3 tsp Peas boiled.
  • 2 tsp Oil For temper.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
  • Pinch of Turmeric.
  • Pinch Jeera.
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
Method:
  • Take bowl add maida , ghee and salt mix them all together properly.
  • Then add little by little water and make dough.
  • Then take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera, hing, ginger chili paste, potato,peas, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice and mix them all properly.
  • Allow it to cook for 5 min in low flame.
  • Then switch off the flame and add coriander and mix it well.
  • Then take dough and make equal balls and make small round roti and cut from center and make cone with the help of water and add 2 tsp of potato stuffing and seal the edges with water.
  • Then heat oil on slow flame when oil get medium heated then add samosa and allow it to cook til it become golden in color.
  • Then serve it with chutney.

Palak with Tomato Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Big Cup of Palak.
  • 3 Tomato.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
Method:
  • First wash and chop the palak and tomatoes.
  • Take Cooker add 4-5 cup of water in it and put palak and tomato in it and make 1 whistle.
  • Then allow it to cool and then grind them in grinder and make smooth paste.
  • Take pan add this paste ,salt and pepper powder and mix them well.
  • Boil this soup for 5 min and serve it hot.

Corn Cucumber Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup  Peel and grated Cucumber.
  • 1 cup Corn.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder.
  • Oil 1 tsp .
  • Pinch of Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
Method :
  • Take pan add 1 cup water when water start boiling add cucumber in it and boil for 10 min.
  • Then allow the cucumber to cool down.
  • Take cooker and add corn ,salt and 1 cup water and boil the corn.
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera ,cucumber, corn ,Pepper powder and coriander and mix them all together properly.
  • Allow the soup to boil for 3-4 min then serve it hot.

Almond Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Almond soaked over night.
  • 2 cup Milk.
  • 3 tsp Grated cheez.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour.
  • 3-4 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder as required.
Method:
  • Grind almond and make thick paste.
  • Take Pan add milk and let the milk boil.
  • Take 3-4 tsp milk in one blow add corn flour in it and mix them well .
  • Then pour them in the boil milk and mix the milk continuously.
  • The milk start boiling again then add almond paste, sugar, salt ,cheez and pepper powder and mix them all together properly .
  • Now boil the milk on slow flame for 2-3 min.
  • Our Almond Soup is ready to serve.

Peas and Carrot Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Peas.
  • 2  Peel and chopped Potato.
  • 1 Tomato chopped.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • 1 cube grated Cheese.
  • 2 tsp Oil.
  • 1 tsp corn Flour.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • pepper Powder as required.
  • 2 Grated Carrot.
Method:
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add Potato, Peas, carrot and tomato and allow them to cook on slow flame for 2 min.
  • Then add 2 glass of water and salt and mix them properly and allow them to boil at slow flame till water get evaporate and our vegetables get cook properly.
  • Then allow them to cool for 10 min.
  •  Then grind them in grinder and make paste of it.
  • Take pan add milk and corn flour and mix them properly then add vegetable paste ,salt,  pepper powder and mix them all together properly.
  • Allow to boil the soup on slow flame for 5-7 min.
  • Then our Peas and Carrot Soup is ready to serve with grated cheez on top .
