Instant Mirchi ka achar

mirchi-ka-achar
Ingredients:
5-6 Green long Chilies.
Salt as required.
1/2 tsp Soof (variyari)
1/2 Jeera.
2 tsp Oil.
1/2 Lemon juice.
Pinch of hing.
3 tsp Cracked mustard seed

method:
Take bowl add all the ingredients and mix them well.
after 1/2 hour its ready to serve.

Tomato Sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Boil Tomatoes
  • 5-6 tsp Sugar:
  • 1/2 tsp salt.
  • 2 tbsp.Cloves ,Cardamoms powder
  • 3 tsp Vinegar

Method:

  •  Put boil tomatoes into a mixer jar and make smoth paste with adding litle water.
  • And strain the paste. 
  • Add the sugar, salt,Cloves,Cardamoms powder into it and put on fire and once it boils, reduce heat and let it simmer.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 min till it thickens. Remove from fire.
    allow it to cool down for 10-15 min then add vinegar to it and mix it well
  • then its ready to serve

Poha Mixture.

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams poha.
  • 3-4 tsp Peanuts.
  • 5-6 tsp Chana dal (daliya dal).
  • salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder.
  • 1 tsp Powder sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Mango powder(amchur powder).

 

Method:

  • Take kadai heat oil and fry the peanuts till light golden in color.
  • Then fry Chana lad for few second’s.
  • Now fry poha till it puff properly.
  • Now add salt, sugar, red chili powder, mango powder.
  • Mix them all well properly .
  • It’s ready to serve

Potato Waffers.

Ingredients:
  • 4-5 pilled potatoes.
  • salt as required.
  • Oil for frying.
Method:
  • Make thin slice of potatoes with slicer.
  • immediately soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
  • spread potato slice on cotton cloth for 5 6 minutes till oil get heated.
  • First fry them in hot oil and then in medium flame till they become crispy.
  • Then store it in air tight.

Idly Vada.

Ingredients:
  • 2 idly’s.
  • 5 tsp Chana Atta.
  • Pinch Soda.
  • Salt as Per Taste.
  • 3 tsp Boil , Peel and Chopped Potato.
  • 2 tsp Boil
  • 2 tsp oil .
  • Pinch Turmeric.
  • Pinch Rai.
  • Pinch Hing.
  • 2 tsp Tomato Sauce.
  • Oil For Frying.
Method :
  •  Take pan add oil ,rai , hing , potato , Turmeric and Salt mix them all together and allow it to cook for 3-4 min on low flame.
  • Take bowl add chana atta, salt, soda and water as required for making batter.
  • Then take pan add oil and allow the oil to be heated meanwhile take one idly apply one tsp tomato sauce, potato stuffing and place other idly on it then dip this idly to chana batter and deep fry till golden brown in color from both the sides.
  • Then our idly vada is ready to serve with chutney.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Urad dal .
  • 3 cups Par-boiled rice (ukda chawal).
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek (methi) seeds.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Oil for greasing.


Method:

  • Soak the urad dal and fenugreek seeds
    together in enough water for 3 hours and
    drain.
  • Soak the rice in enough water for 3 hours and
    drain.
  • Blend the urad dal and fenugreek seeds
    together in a mixer till smooth and frothy (add
    water little by little as required ) remove and
    keep aside.
  • Blend the rice in a mixer till smooth. Remove
    and keep aside.
  • Combine the urad dal paste and rice paste
    together in a bowl and cover and keep aside
    to ferment overnight.
  • Once the batter is fermented add salt to the
    batter and mix well.
  • Put spoonfuls of the batter into greased idli
    moulds and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Repeat with the remaining batter to make
    more idlis. Serve hot with fried coconut
    chutney.

Palak with Tomato Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Big Cup of Palak.
  • 3 Tomato.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
Method:
  • First wash and chop the palak and tomatoes.
  • Take Cooker add 4-5 cup of water in it and put palak and tomato in it and make 1 whistle.
  • Then allow it to cool and then grind them in grinder and make smooth paste.
  • Take pan add this paste ,salt and pepper powder and mix them well.
  • Boil this soup for 5 min and serve it hot.

Corn Cucumber Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup  Peel and grated Cucumber.
  • 1 cup Corn.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder.
  • Oil 1 tsp .
  • Pinch of Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
Method :
  • Take pan add 1 cup water when water start boiling add cucumber in it and boil for 10 min.
  • Then allow the cucumber to cool down.
  • Take cooker and add corn ,salt and 1 cup water and boil the corn.
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera ,cucumber, corn ,Pepper powder and coriander and mix them all together properly.
  • Allow the soup to boil for 3-4 min then serve it hot.

Almond Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Almond soaked over night.
  • 2 cup Milk.
  • 3 tsp Grated cheez.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour.
  • 3-4 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder as required.
Method:
  • Grind almond and make thick paste.
  • Take Pan add milk and let the milk boil.
  • Take 3-4 tsp milk in one blow add corn flour in it and mix them well .
  • Then pour them in the boil milk and mix the milk continuously.
  • The milk start boiling again then add almond paste, sugar, salt ,cheez and pepper powder and mix them all together properly .
  • Now boil the milk on slow flame for 2-3 min.
  • Our Almond Soup is ready to serve.
