Ingredients:
  • 250 gram maidan.
  • 3-4 tsp ghee.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 2 tsp pepper powder.
  • 1 tsp Jeera.
  • Water as required.
  • Oil for frying
Method:
  • Take bowl add maida, ghee, salt , jeera and pepper powder Mix them all properly .
  • Then add little by little water and make dough.
  • Then make small equal balls and make small puri’s from it Make hole in the puri with the help of folks.
  • Heat the kadai on gas add oil when oil get heated add puri’s and fry them in slow flame till lite golden in color from both sides
  • Then it’s ready to serve

Green Chutney.

Ingredients:
  • 250 grams of Fresh Coriander chopped.
  • Salt as per taste.
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice.
  • 3-4 tsp Peanuts.
  • 1 tsp Sugar.
  • 1/2 tsp Jeera.
  • 4-5 Green Chilies.
Method :
  • Take grinder jar add all the ingredients in it and add 1/2 g;ass of water and make chutney.
  • now our chutney is ready to serve .

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 Cup Rajgira Atta.
  • 1/2 Cup Singgora Atta.
  • 3 tsp  Sabudana  Soaked.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Ginger Chilli Paste.
  • Oil For Frying.
  •  Mint Paste as Required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl add rajgira atta, singgora atta, salt, ginger chilli paste and sabudana and mix them all properly.
  • And make dough from it with the help of mint paste.
  • Then take the mold for making sev and add the small amount of dough in the sev maker .
  • Then heat oil in a pan when oil get heated then make sev fry till it become crispe.
  • Then our upvas sev is ready to serve with tea.

Ingredients:
  • 2 tsp Gulkand.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • 1 tsp Dry Fruit chopped.
  • 2 Ice Cube.
Method:
  • Take grinding jar add mix ,Gulkand and ice mix them all properly.
  • Then pour in glass and add dry fruit on top and serve it immediately.

Palak with Tomato Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 3 Big Cup of Palak.
  • 3 Tomato.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Powder.
  • Salt as per taste.
Method:
  • First wash and chop the palak and tomatoes.
  • Take Cooker add 4-5 cup of water in it and put palak and tomato in it and make 1 whistle.
  • Then allow it to cool and then grind them in grinder and make smooth paste.
  • Take pan add this paste ,salt and pepper powder and mix them well.
  • Boil this soup for 5 min and serve it hot.

Corn Cucumber Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup  Peel and grated Cucumber.
  • 1 cup Corn.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder.
  • Oil 1 tsp .
  • Pinch of Jeera.
  • 2 tsp Chopped Coriander.
Method :
  • Take pan add 1 cup water when water start boiling add cucumber in it and boil for 10 min.
  • Then allow the cucumber to cool down.
  • Take cooker and add corn ,salt and 1 cup water and boil the corn.
  • Take pan add oil when oil get heated add jeera ,cucumber, corn ,Pepper powder and coriander and mix them all together properly.
  • Allow the soup to boil for 3-4 min then serve it hot.

Almond Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Almond soaked over night.
  • 2 cup Milk.
  • 3 tsp Grated cheez.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour.
  • 3-4 tsp Sugar.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder as required.
Method:
  • Grind almond and make thick paste.
  • Take Pan add milk and let the milk boil.
  • Take 3-4 tsp milk in one blow add corn flour in it and mix them well .
  • Then pour them in the boil milk and mix the milk continuously.
  • The milk start boiling again then add almond paste, sugar, salt ,cheez and pepper powder and mix them all together properly .
  • Now boil the milk on slow flame for 2-3 min.
  • Our Almond Soup is ready to serve.

Methi Palak Soup.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cup fresh Green Methi.
  • 2 Cup Fresh Palak.
  • 2 Tomato Chopped.
  • Salt as per Taste.
  • Pepper Powder as required.
  • 1 cup Fresh Cream.
  • 1 cup Milk.
  • 2 tsp Sugar.
  • 1 tsp Corn Flour.
  • 1 tsp Oil.
Method:
  • Wash and chop methi and palak together.
  • Take cooker add 2 glass of water and put methi, tomato and palak and boil them till 1 whistle.
  • allow them cool .
  • Then grind them and make paste of it.
  • Take pan add Oil when oil get heated then add methi , palak and tomato paste.
  • Add corn flour in milk and pour then to the soup and mix them properly .
  • Allow them to boil in slow flame .
  • Then add salt , sugar and pepper powder and mix it properly and cook for 3-4 min in slow flame.
  • Our Methi Palak Soup. is ready to serve with fresh cream at the top .

Ingredients:
  • 4 -5 tsp Oil.
  • 1 cup Jagare.
  • 1 cup Red Chili Powder.
  • 1 cup Dry Coriander Powder.
  • 1 Cup Mango Powder.
  • 1 tsp Teej Patta Leaves Powder.
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder.
  • Salt as per Taste.

Method:

  • Take a blow first add oil and jagare mix them all properly.
  • Then add Chilli powder, coriander powder, mango powder, and mix them all together properly.
  • Then add teej patta leaves powder, turmeric and salt mix them properly.
  • Now our masala is ready it can be stored for 12 months without refrigerator .
  • In refrigerator you can Store for 2-3 years.
